Your main duties will include assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures as well as resolving any customer inquiries or issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in passengers issue boarding passes and process baggage
- Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules delays and other airport services
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
- Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
- Collaborate with airport security to ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures always Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills
