Your Role
As a Project Manager - Civil you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of civil project ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and according to project specifications. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership Manage planning scheduling and execution of projects
- Contract & Financial Management Oversee tenders budgets and cost control
- Stakeholder Engagement Build strong client relationships and lead project meetings
- Site Coordination Work closely with site supervisors engineers and subcontractors
- Safety & Compliance Enforce WHS standards and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- 5 years experience in civil project management
Bachelors degree - ConstructionManagement Civil Engineering or related field - Track record managing projects valued between $5M$50M
- Expertise in subdivisions TfNSW projects and multi-disciplinary civil work
- Strong leadership negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to work under pressure manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Mandatory Requirements
- Drivers Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction Training)
- Relevant industry certifications
