Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism and integrity of Elevare Branding. You will be responsible for managing inquiries resolving issues efficiently and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone email and internal systems.

  • Handle client inquiries complaints and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Support company initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Communications Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems preferred
