System Engineer Executive (Fintech) Hybrid

• Install configure maintain and optimize the performance of Linux-based servers
• Establish manage and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines
• Design and manage system infrastructures in accordance with high availability scalability and security principles
• Develop automation processes using configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Puppet Chef)
• Lead projects involving containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)
• Set up and optimize monitoring and alerting systems (e.g. Prometheus Grafana Zabbix)
• Implement security backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to promote DevOps culture

Qualifications :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps culture methodologies and tools
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI ArgoCD)
• Experience with on-premise infrastructure setup and management
• Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of networking security load balancing and system monitoring
• Scripting experience with languages such as Bash Python or Go
• Preferably familiar with payment system regulations (e.g. PCI-DSS
