6-Month Fixed Term Contract Property Manager MINT Residential Brisbane

What Youll Do:
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to rental enquiries
- Conduct routine entry exit and open home inspections
- Build and nurture strong tenant relationships through clear consistent communication
- Support leasing processes and property handovers
- Coordinate maintenance and liaise with trusted trades
- Utilise Console Cloud to manage your portfolio efficiently
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- Current QLD Property Management Registration
- Class 2 licence
- Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of property legislation and industry best practice
- A proactive team-oriented attitude
- Availability for limited Saturday work (as required)
