Job Summary

Analyze concepts drawings and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs and cost breakdowns.
Source and compare vendor/subcontractor quotes for materials AV rigging graphics and more.
Calculate labor machine time and overheads using standard benchmarks.
Support tender submissions and coordinate with design production and procurement teams.
Manage commercial handovers and price variations/change orders.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management Engineering or related field.
48 years of experience in estimating for exhibitions scenic fabrication or fit-out projects.
Strong technical understanding of materials and build methods.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets AutoCAD/SketchUp and ERP estimating tools.
