Job Summary

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance or related field.
  • Experience in cost control or administrative support preferably in a construction/project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems or cost control software is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are an advantage (for Saudi-based projects).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing updating and maintaining cost control reports spreadsheets and databases.
  • Monitor project expenditures and verify invoices purchase orders and timesheets against approved budgets.
  • Support the preparation of cost forecasts budget updates and variance analyses.
  • Maintain and organize cost-related documentation contracts and change orders.
  • Coordinate with procurement and accounts payable for vendor invoices and payment tracking.
  • Assist in tracking manpower costs subcontractor expenses and material usage on site.
  • Generate regular cost control reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies financial procedures and contractual requirements.
  • Support project audits and provide accurate data as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Cost Control Engineer and Project Controls Manager in daily operations.
