Job Summary

General Requirements:

10 years of relevant estimation experience
Strong background in civil infrastructure and utilities projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in KSA in similar role
Knowledge of Local construction Saudi market cost historical data & Productivity rates market trends.
Proven track record in tender preparation for mega infrastructure and building projects.

Tendering & Cost Estimation Requirements:

Proficiency in CCS ( CANDY) software cost databases HCSS Heavy Bid and or the like.

Strong pre-contract experience in estimation tendering and bid management.

Expertise in budgeting BOQ preparation and scope analysis Quantity take-offs re measurement.

Strong in Bid Analysis & Benchmarking ensuring compliance competitiveness and precision across tender submissions.

Skilled in Procurement Strategy scope packaging RFQs supplier/subcontractor negotiations and best-value sourcing.

Technical & Methodology Requirements:

Lead preparation of Technical Submittals clarifications and execution methodologies for multidisciplinary projects.

Develop Construction Methodologies and Execution Strategies optimizing cost time and quality outcomes.
