Job Summary

Salary: 23.809.50 per annum with uncapped commission
Location: Sheffield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering world class service.
  • Upselling and promoting products to customers through excellent service.
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
  • Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.

Qualifications :

  • Previous customer service experience is required. 
  • Previous experience in a lead-generation environment is desirable but not essential. 
  • A confident communicator we want people who can have great conversations with our customers.
  • Passionate individuals with the willingness to take ownership of the call.
  • A team player who works well with others and has a love for delivering service.
