Job Summary

The Role

  • We are looking for a data-driven detail-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our global marketing team. This role will be critical in transforming how we measure understand and optimise our marketing performance. Youll provide the insights that help us run smarter campaigns make faster decisions and continuously improve our marketing effectiveness.

Principal Accountabilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and centralise marketing performance data across key channels (email paid media social events web). Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with the marketing automation and operations team. Analyse campaign and channel data to uncover performance trends conversion bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities. Provide weekly monthly and ad hoc reports to stakeholders with clear narrative and recommendations.

Campaign & Channel Insight

Collaborate with campaign managers to understand objectives and translate performance data into actionable insight. Track key KPIs including lead quality engagement rates conversion metrics and ROI. Support A/B testing initiatives by analysing test results and making data-backed recommendations.

Data Integration & Tools

Work with the Marketing Automation Manager to ensure data is correctly integrated from tools such as HubSpot Google Analytics Salesforce and paid media platforms. Continuously improve data quality and integrity across systems.

Collaboration & Enablement

Act as the go-to expert for marketing data queries. Train and support team members on how to interpret dashboards and basic analytics when needed. Present insights clearly and effectively to marketing stakeholders and senior leadership.

KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated driven and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.

Experience & Skills

3 years of experience in a marketing analytics digital marketing or data analysis role. Proven experience working with tools like Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce and BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Looker).

Strong data manipulation and analysis skills (Excel SQL or equivalent). Excellent ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling visual reports. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience in B2B SaaS subscription or media businesses is a plus.
