Finance Business Partner Plant-Based Business Unit

Overview:
The Finance Business Partner will oversee the financial health and strategic planning of the companys new plant-based business unit. This role is responsible for ensuring sound financial controls accurate reporting and effective risk management in compliance with GAAP. The position will serve as a key advisor to management driving profitability through financial insight operational support and strategic business partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of finance and controlling operations setting long-term direction aligned with business goals.

• Establish and maintain robust accounting policies procedures and internal controls in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations.

• Prepare review and interpret financial statements budgets forecasts and operating performance reports.

• Oversee month-end closing activities balance sheet reviews and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Lead the companys forecasting budgeting and long-range financial planning processes.

• Collaborate with other finance teams in preparing materials for management board and investor presentations.

• Direct audit preparations and act as the main liaison with internal and external auditors.

• Ensure full compliance with all financial tax and management reporting requirements.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations supply chain and commercial teams to drive cost efficiencies revenue optimization and profitability.

• Oversee CAPEX management investment analysis and project evaluation including performance tracking of by-products and tolling operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred.

• Minimum of 58 years of progressive experience in auditing general accounting and financial/cost analysis.

• At least 23 years in a supervisory or people management role.

• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP financial controls and reporting standards.

• Proven experience in budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning.

• Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills.

• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.
