DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
- This position will be mainly supporting technical related activities in managed service and others customers requirement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be accountable for delivery professional and quality service which meet the customers expectation.
- Be responsible for maintenance start-up testing commissioning troubleshooting repairing and retrofitting of company product; power or monitoring management.
- Make companys brand as customers preferred choice as trusted business partner by delivering quality and service accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep up to date the knowledge and application of company products and services.
- Continually develop and improve himself as a service professional by self-analysis reading benchmarking against the best in the industry and practicing.
- Complete reporting documentation properly and provide to customer and local office upon.
- Attend customer meeting as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering; Electrical or related field.
- Excellent knowledge in company product; power or management.
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
- Good communication skills in local and English language
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a technical service or test environment of Electrical/Electronic equipment essential UPS preferred or associated industries i.e. Power Electronics.
Additional / Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer Literate (All office associated programs such as word excel outlook)
- Previous field service experience essential.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-starter ability to plan organize and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressure.
- Clean Valid driving license.
- Daily travel to and from customer sites.
Physical & Environmental Requirements: - (To be used majorly for manufacturing jobs.)
- Can work with a minimum supervising.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Self-driven and can work under pressure.
- Good communication skill.
- Detailed-oriented and trustworthy
