Overview of the role:
We have an exciting new role in our Betfair International Creative Studio Team for someone who is creative enthusiastic organised and enjoys building best-in-class creative standards!
Youll be reporting in to the Head of Creative Studio in a team of 6 who all share a passion for video design animation and social.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same! This is the perfect role for someone eager to set up a high-performing video workflow within a fast-paced in-house team bringing best-in-class creative standards to everything from quick-turn around social clips to epic global campaigns.
Our recently renovated Dublin office is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It hosts 2 cafes a games room gym and an abundance of meeting rooms catered for groups of all sizes. We also run regular social and well-being initiatives from annual sports days to weekly nail technicians on-site.
What youll do:
Youll manage the end-to-end video production process from concepting and shooting to editing and delivery ensuring every asset reflects our brand at its best. Youll work across social-first edits behind-the-scenes features campaign hero films and more. This is a hands-on role for a creative problem-solver with the technical skills to execute and the vision to inspire.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Editing
Plan produce and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns product launches events and community engagement.
Deliver across a range of formats social-first videos trailers teasers reels and large-scale brand films.
Edit with impact using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for motion design compositing and graphics integration.
Shoot content in-studio and on-location with strong camera lighting and audio skills.
Balance quick-turn social content with the craft and precision needed for big-budget campaign-level pieces.
Creative Development & Strategy
Shape the visual storytelling style for brand video content and help establish templates workflows and best practices.
Collaborate with creative brand and product teams to ensure video concepts support campaign goals and resonate with gaming audiences.
Stay ahead of trends in betting and gaming social video and emerging creative formats.
Project & Workflow Management
Management of the video content pipeline from pre-production through to delivery.
Maintain well-organized project files and a scalable video asset library.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality output on time.
What youll bring:
Must-Have
Mid-level experience in professional video production and editing.
Expert skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Proven ability to shoot video with professional cameras lighting and audio equipment.
Strong understanding of social and digital video editing best practices and shooting.
Track record of editing large-scale marketing campaigns as well as quick-turn around content.
Ability to balance creative flair with strategic marketing objectives.
Experience working in highly regulated markets (e.g. gambling alcohol finance or healthcare) with a focus on compliance-driven creative.
Ability to adapt creative concepts to meet regional legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining brand impact.
Nice-to-Have
Passion for gaming and understanding of sports and casino culture.
Experience with animation VFX or 3D tools.
Knowledge of livestream production or virtual production setups.
Worked across multiple territories.
