About the Role

We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our international team in Sofia. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing analyzing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe respectful and positive online environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate German-language content (text images videos profiles etc.) according to company policies.
Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates community standards or legal requirements.
Maintain high attention to detail while processing and classifying sensitive material.
Escalate complex issues to senior moderation or policy teams when needed.
Ensure all decisions are made in line with cultural social and political awareness of the German-speaking market.
Collaborate with team members and share feedback to continuously improve moderation accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

Fluent German (C2 level) and Good English (B2 level or above).
Strong awareness of German cultural social and political context to ensure accurate and sensitive content evaluation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of information.
Strong communication empathy and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates must be currently based in Sofia Bulgaria. (Only local applicants will be considered.)
