Position: Customer Service Representative

Start Date: November 3 2025
Schedule: Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00 (Day shifts)
Competitive Compensation Package
Base Salary: 4000 BGN gross/month
Performance Bonus: Up to 300 BGN gross/month
Welcome Bonus: 1000 BGN upon joining!

Financial Support:
- Travel Reimbursement: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months (with travel documents)
- Salary Advance: 1056 BGN net available upon request (transferred within 5 working days)
- Accommodation: Hotel stay arranged and paid for your arrival period
Important Notes:
- Notify hotel by 12:00 PM if arrival plans change to avoid charges
- Travel expense reimbursement requires 6 months of service
- Advance salary deductions apply if contract ends within first 6 months
