This role is perfect for someone with at least 3 years of public practice experience who feels ready to work directly with clients and grow into a management position while still enjoying the flexibility and lifestyle that working locally can offer. Youll be supported by a collaborative team mentored by a senior manager and encouraged to share ideas that help us improve.

What Youll Be Doing:

Working directly with a mix of individual and small business clients
Reviewing and finalising work prepared by other team members for all entity types
Be mentored into the ability to take ownership of your own client list and build strong ongoing relationships
Having tax planning compliance and strategy conversations
Meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction
Actively participating in team discussions and contributing to improvements

What Youll Bring:

3 years of experience in Australian Public Practice
Strong understanding of tax compliance and small business structures
Proficiency in Xero FYI and XPM
A proactive solutions-focused attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A desire to step into more responsibility and eventually lead a team
A desire to work directly with clients
