Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Video Editor to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video editing and a strong desire to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a finished product that meets the companys standards

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storylines for videos

- Utilize industry-standard software to create high-quality videos for various platforms

- Incorporate music sound effects and graphics into videos to enhance the overall production value

- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet project deadlines

- Continuously improve and update technical skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements

- Communicate and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

- Adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain consistency in all videos produced

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in film video production or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

- Knowledge of color correction audio mixing and motion graphics is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and time management skills

- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is preferred

- A passion for the energy industry and a desire to learn and grow within the company
