We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful individual will have knowledge of engineering principles relevant to the design of HVAC and plumbing systems including heat transfer refrigeration thermodynamics and fluid addition the individual should be comfortable consulting to architectural practices and have a desire to work on a multi-discipline engineering team.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Approximate Base Salary $70000.00 - $95000.00 based on experience.
Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
Generous end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
Hybrid Work Schedule (subject to change).
401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching for 9% Employee Contribution.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES

Qualifications :

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BS in mechanical engineering or related field from an accredited college (required).
Registration as an Engineer-in-Training or Professional Engineer in California (preferred).
Familiarity with relevant codes: mechanical energy plumbing ASHRAE.
Experience with Bluebeam AutoCAD and Revit (preferred).
Experience working in a collaborate team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Expected Salary Range: $70000.00 - $95000.00
