Your New Role

Unity Works Talent is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our this role you will be an essential part of both live studio coverage and non-live production shoots. You will oversee budget tracking hiring and the payment process for CSSU productions while serving as on-site logistical support for studio shows.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys being at the center of production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the on-site production management representative for TNT Sports Studio Shows.

Hire freelance and vendor support for CSSU productions including rate negotiation onboarding and tracking.

Manage payments for support staff on non-live productions (experience with Ariba Media Pulse Apex and Beeline is a plus).

Oversee real-time budget tracking and ensure financial accuracy across productions.

Provide production resource support to Associate Production Managers and collaborate closely with production and executive leadership.

Offer feedback and recommendations to improve production processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required.

12 years of experience in non-live television or studio production.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of SAP Ariba or similar payment systems preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
