About the job: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Cebu Onsite
Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat related to travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and other travel-related services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations accommodations transportation options and travel packages.
- Assist customers in making reservations and bookings ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends regulations and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience of voice (Inbound International Account)
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Superior listen written data entry and typing skills
