About the job: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Cebu Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Cebu City)

Shift: No Fixed Schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and chat related to travel bookings itinerary changes cancellations and other travel-related services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information about travel destinations accommodations transportation options and travel packages.
  • Assist customers in making reservations and bookings ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends regulations and company policies to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience of voice (Inbound International Account)
  • Excellent verbal communications skills
  • Superior listen written data entry and typing skills
