Job Summary:
The Ramp & Flight Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing ramp flight and cargo operations to ensure efficient safe and high-quality airport services. This role involves managing staff equipment and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining excellent coordination with airlines and stakeholders. The position also focuses on improving operational efficiency monitoring KPIs and driving continual service improvement.
Key Assignments:
- Manage ramp flight operations and cargo activities to ensure smooth and efficientoperational services. This includes overseeing staff equipment and facilities while maintaining high service standards for passengers airlines and relevant stakeholders in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement company strategic objectives and drive continual improvement of operational efficiency.
- Evaluate plan organize and develop ramp flight operations and cargo activities with performance monitoring (KPIs).
- Lead manage and develop all teams under supervision to ensure strong collaboration and productivity.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and ensure high standards of service quality addressing operational issues and customer feedback effectively.
- Ensure accurate administration and timely reporting of all operational services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Management or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage.
- Excellent command of both Khmer and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Internet and Email applications.
- Strong leadership management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead train and mentor teams effectively.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Proactive innovative and results-driven mindset.
