Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to serve as the Management Reporting Assistant Manager / Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a Queen of PowerPoint capable of creating impactful presentations and managing executive-level administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design prepare and manage high-quality presentations and slide decks for the CEO.
- Provide daily administrative support to the CEO including calendar management scheduling and correspondence.
- Assist in management reporting and preparing executive summaries for meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up on CEO directives across departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency in the CEOs office.
Main Requirements:
- 45 years of experience in executive support or similar roles.
- Proven experience in executive support preferably assisting senior management or CEO.
- Exceptional PowerPoint Excel and report-preparation skills.
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills.
- Professional proactive and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
