Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Stafford
Salary: 25000 - 28000 Full Time Permanent
Location: Stafford
Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Im currently working with a well-established family-run law firm in Stafford thats looking to welcome an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to their friendly team.
This firm has built its reputation on client care and a collaborative team culture. With a strong pipeline of work and a loyal client base theyre now offering a fantastic opportunity for a Paralegal whos confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
What youll be doing:
Supporting the Conveyancing Solicitor with a busy caseload
Progressing residential property transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
Liaising with clients estate agents lenders and other solicitors
Drafting contracts and other legal documentation
Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
What were looking for:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role
Confident handling files with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive and client-focused approach
