What youll do
In this role youll:
- Supporting fee earners in the transaction process including managing checklists drafting ancillary documents and liaising with other teams
- Providing the first review and drafting the first report on banking documents during transactional due diligence
- Drafting emails to and responding to requests from clients
- Drafting routine banking documents such as deeds of release and content letters and documents such as charges based on in house precedents
- Assisting fee earners in co-ordinating completion and signing processes of transactions.
- Dealing with ad hoc requests relating to original documents retained information from clients and colleagues as well as occasional research tasks
What were looking for
Were seeking someone who is motivated energetic and highly organised with:
- Experience in a legal environment (corporate / banking / finance preferred but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- A proven track record of completing tasks accurately and on time
- Confident IT skills (Outlook Word Excel)
- Great time management and organisational ability
- A flexible collaborative approach and a commitment to outstanding client service
