What Youll Do
- Engage with existing customers via phone (no cold calling!)
- Convert customer orders to in-house products when suitable
- Identify upselling opportunities and guide conversations toward additional sales
- Accurately process orders using internal systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Share ideas and feedback to support team growth
- Promote the role and encourage referrals
Who You Are
- Professionally fluent in Dutch (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
