JOB LOCATION: Central Region (Uppsala-Gävle-Falun-Borlänge-Sundsvall)

Unilever Sweden is looking for a Sales Representative in the Central Region

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative for the Central Region responsible for customers in the UppsalaGävleFalunBorlängeSundsvall area.

Job Purpose

In this role you will be the face of Unilever in the region developing and managing business relationships that strengthen our brands and drive growth. You will regularly visit customers build trust-based collaborations and ensure our products are visible and well-positioned in stores.

You will work with some of the worlds most recognized brands in Foods Home & Personal Care and Beauty including Via Comfort Dove Rexona Hellmanns Knorr and TRESemmé.

Responsibilities

  • Secure and expand product distribution in stores
  • Ensure optimal shelf placement and in-store visibility
  • Actively promote and sell campaigns that increase sales and brand awareness
  • Follow a structured route plan to meet customers efficiently
  • Build strong long-term relationships with buyers and store managers
  • Participate in company sales conferences to share insights and contribute to team success

All about you

  • Experienced sales professional preferably within the retail or grocery sector
  • Experienced in FMCG Markets
  • Must speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Passionate about sales and motivated by building profitable customer relationships
  • Goal-oriented confident and able to exceed ambitious targets
  • Committed responsible and an effective communicator
  • Holder of a valid category B drivers license
  • Ideally based in or near the Gävle area to cover the region effectively
  • You combine drive and professionalism with the ability to create trust and long-term partnerships.
  • You should be comfortable using digital tools and know how to work with Microsoft Office.
  • It is necessary that you live in your district or near one of the following cities: Uppsala Gävle Falun Borlänge or Sundsvall
