About the role

As a Workforce Development Advisor in the Workforce Culture Capability & Change branch you will provide hands-on support for the coordination and delivery of workforce development programs that build employee capability and engagement. Working closely with internal teams youll assist in developing learning materials facilitating workshops maintaining records and contributing to reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively has strong attention to detail and is passionate about supporting initiatives that improve the employee experience and contribute to organisational success.

About You

You have demonstrated experience coordinating administrative or operational support activities in a professional environment. You have a strong track record of delivering high-quality service and trusted advice to customers and stakeholders always aiming to exceed expectations. A qualification (Diploma Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree) in a relevant discipline or comparable skills knowledge and experience will also support your success in this role.
