Main responsabilities:
- Contribute to the HR strategy to deliver local strategic objectives in support of the global and regional organizational strategy ensuring the ongoing implementation of global policies together with local and legal compliance.
- Take responsibility for recruitment needs management and accurate people resourcing in line with local business needs developing strategies per country and adhering to global policies and processes.
- Responsible for all internal communications including email communications social networks and internal events.
- Ensure a fluent and effective onboarding process for all new comers teaming up with the involved managers in the process planning.
- Ensure local data accuracy and alignment to data processes contributing with accurate and well thought out data and being responsible for data validation/accuracy in iTalent.
