Misión del cargo:
Liderar estrategias para cuentas clave que impulsen crecimiento sostenible relaciones estratégicas y posicionamiento de la organización en procesos de minería.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollar e implementar la Estrategia de Cuenta
- Liderar el desarrollo de la estrategia de cuenta del cliente en línea con las estrategias del sector de mercado a través de planes anuales y plurianuales.
- Conocer las tendencias del mercado en minería así como las variables financieras y no financieras que impulsan este mercado
Desarrollo del Cliente
- Identificar los requerimientos del cliente con anticipación antes de recibir las especificaciones de la licitación.
- Impulsar el crecimiento general en las reservas del plan de cuenta del cliente margen bruto EBITA y DRO para cumplir o superar los objetivos planificados.
Calificaciones y Experiencia (EXCLUYENTE):
- Ingeniero/a civil (titulado/a)
- Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocios en procesos mineros.
- Inglés avanzado.
