On this occasion our client is an international organization operating within the natural health and life sciences sector currently experiencing an important phase of expansion and consolidation in Eastern Europe.
We are seeking a Country Marketing Specialist to join their Romanian team responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate goals ensuring brand consistency and supporting the local commercial network to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Roll out the companys marketing strategies and annual plans within the country ensuring alignment with the holding companys global objectives.
- Implement and monitor product launches promotional campaigns advertising activities and events to strengthen market presence.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing materials guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends competitive dynamics and IQVIA data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Monitor the annual marketing budget for assigned therapeutic areas or brands identifying any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to define promotional campaigns evaluate results and provide marketing support tools to optimize performance.
- Contribute to the definition of annual and periodic sales forecasts based on marketing insights and data analysis.
- Present new products and marketing initiatives during national and regional sales meetings.
- Maintain effective communication across departments ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and market feedback.
- Identify local market needs and opportunities sharing insights with the Country Marketing Manager/Coordinator and headquarters.
- Ensure the translation adaptation and editing of materials to meet local requirements while maintaining consistency with global guidelines.
What were looking for:
- Education: Degree in Marketing Pharmacy or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in marketing roles within the healthcare pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Languages: Romanian and English required.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market data analysis (e.g. IQVIA).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
