Job Summary

Tasks

  • Lead Distribution & Sales Support: Manage and distribute new leads across the team and support the sales team in day-to-day business development activities.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Prospect and assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or partners through various channels including email phone calls and social media.
  • Customer Communication: Plan and execute weekly sales newsletters and updates for customers ensuring clear and engaging outreach.
  • Operational Support: Assist with ad hoc business activities to support the sales and business development functions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify existing process challenges and propose actionable creative solutions.
  • Learning by Practice: Develop your business acumen through hands-on execution and collaboration with the team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in University or recent fresh graduate looking to gain some work experience
  • You are motivated and passionate about new ideas and you possess a creative mindset
  • You have excellent analytical and communication skills and you are not scared of talking to clients and partners
  • Fluent German and English skills
