Electro-Mechanical Technician

Were seeking a hands-on Electro-Mechanical Technician who thrives on solving problems keeping equipment running efficiently and delivering quality this role youll perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance in a high-precision manufacturing environment where innovation and reliability are key.

As a vital member of our Maintenance Team youll troubleshoot repair and maintain production and facility systems support preventive maintenance programs drive improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence every day.

What Youll Do
Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance repairs and upgrades on production and facility systems.
Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively to maintain uptime.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks from the CMMS system (Eptura experience a plus).
Perform facility repairs including lighting plumbing HVAC compressed air and fire systems.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC controls motors pumps chillers hydraulics and process piping.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams on maintenance and improvement projects.
Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance tools shop and equipment.

What You Bring
35 years of experience across buildings and equipment covering electrical HVAC plumbing carpentry and industrial control systems.
Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Skilled with hand and power tools; forklift or scissor lift experience preferred.
Familiarity with a facilities management/work order software (Eptura CMMS a plus).
Ability to follow defined work instructions and complete tasks or projects independently.
Excellent communication time management and teamwork skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
