Work youll do

Purpose of Job:

Handle a spectrum of finance-related activities that include treasury financial accounting and reporting general ledger accounts payable accounts receivable asset management audit and tax matters
Participate in finance transformation projects

Principal Accountabilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations
Liaise with shared service team Interfirm team and respective business unit to follow up and handleServiceNowrequests refund requests and contra settlement
Reconcile unapplied cash receipts by identifying exceptions and discrepancy and match to the invoices
Prepare daily/weekly cash reports monthly bank reconciliations and journals
Handle the timely preparation of month-end closing reports and schedules
Involve in regulatory compliance such as preparation of Government surveys and statistics reporting
Handle GST and Withholding Tax Accounting Reporting and Filing
Identify & drive continuous improvement of finance processes
Undertake ad hoc duties/projects assigned from time to time

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in accounting or similar certification with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is a team player
Resourceful meticulous organized independent and able to multi-task. Confident and comfortable with handling data and figures
Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of SAP HANA would be advantageous.
