JOB PURPOSE
As Executive Office Coordinator youll play a critical role in supporting the General Manager and CFO ensuring seamless operations across the Executive Office. Youll be the connective tissue between senior leadership internal teams and external stakeholders - managing complex schedules high-level leadership visits and confidential communications with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the GM and CFO
Manage complex calendars prioritize meeting requests and coordinate time-sensitive communications
Plan and execute all logistics for executive-level visits across the Americas including itineraries agendas (in partnership with hosting team) travel and on-site coordination
Assisting with invoice processing expense tracking and reconciliation and maintaining accurate records of purchases and reimbursements
Coordinating office events supporting monthly meetings and team-building activities
Serve as a liaison between the Executive Office and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare executive-ready materials where appropriate: presentations briefing documents and reports
Support regional leadership meetings offsites and virtual events
Track key deliverables follow-ups and confidential initiatives across the region
Support Canada HQ office logistics as needed in partnership with Property Management team.
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a global or matrixed organization (CPG experience preferred)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Teams and virtual collaboration tools
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures

Pay: The pay range for this position is $55700 to $83500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications qualifications and education and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

As publicly announced Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
