Synergie is seeking a waste sorter for a waste management sitelocated in Hemmant.

Monday to Friday Hours between 05:30am-2:30pm
$36.70

What you will be required to do:

A Summary of the role

Sorting recyclables from conveyor line - fast moving conveyor repetitive work noisy and dusty environment
Cleaning of working areas and outside
Audit waste as required by Local Council Representatives and clients and provide accurate reporting as required on time to a high standard
Perform maintenance and/or safety checks on equipment as required
Review existing procedures on a regular basis with a focus on continuous improvement and safety

To be successful in the role you will:

Forklift ticket (preferable)
Ability to complete repetitive mundane tasks - working on a sorting line for long periods of time can make you feel seasick
Have working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
