Work youll do

• Manage end-to-end M&A processes including deal preparation financial modeling valuation due diligence negotiation and completion across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base.
• Conduct and present detailed financial analysis and market research by utilising various research tools public database to financial statements information to support strategic insights and findings to support project deliverables.
• Develop and review marketing materials including investment teasers information memorandum and client presentations.
• Prepare and review detailed financial models for various transactions such as financing acquistions and valuations.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with engagement management and client stakeholders including participation in meetings and delivery of presentations.
• Oversee the preparation and management of engagement internal documentation including project setup organisation client acceptance procedures and ongoing engagement files and working papers.
• Contribute in practice development activities including preparing training programs.
• Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge to strengthen your position as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development activities including preparation of proposals pitch decks and target lists.

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Accounting Finance or Business from a reputable institution; CFA certification or candidacy is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in M&A Big-4 venture capital investment banking or private equity with a strong track record in executing sell-side buy-side and/or capital market projects.
• Demonstrates advanced proficiency in financial analysis market research reporting and financial modeling with a solid understanding of accounting concepts business diagnostics and logical problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint capable of handling complex financial tasks and producing professional client-facing outputs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client requests in a timely and efficient manner coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members (Consultant and Analyst) coaching them on day-to-day tasks and managing their development within projects.
• Brings strong analytical problem-solving and data interpretation skills with high attention to detail strong time management and a commitment to producing accurate and consistent deliverables.
• Demonstrates effective stakeholder management under pressure in fast-paced environments. Also actively participates in client meetings presentations and works to manage client expectations professionally.
• Possesses excellent English communication skills both written and verbal with proven ability in report writing professional correspondence and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams manage client expectations and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Highly coachable adaptable and committed to continuous professional development with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach in anticipating next steps and guiding project flow (PMO).
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at client premises as required by client service engagements.
