The Role:

Support the set-up and ramp-up of Yubicos APJ operations starting with Singapore.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Build a strong high-performing team by leading hiring and mentoring warehouse staff; foster a culture of operational excellence continuous improvement and data-driven problem-solving
Manage and optimize daily supply chain operations including production inventory management shipping receiving and order fulfillment
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales Finance Engineering) and liaise with external partners (3PLs) to achieve strategic objectives
Develop monitor and report on performance & quality metrics performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
Direct and execute continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S Kaizen events value stream mapping) to enhance efficiency quality and safety

Basic Qualifications (Essential):

Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a warehousing logistics manufacturing or distribution environment ideally with a company in the technology/hardware space
Proven experience implementing Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. 5S waste reduction bottleneck analysis)
2 years of experience in team leadership coordination or management
Strong analytical quantitative and data-driven problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Proactive hands-on approach

Qualifications (Bonus):

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (in addition to an Engineering degree)
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification
Experience with light manufacturing technical product assembly or kitting processes
Advanced proficiency with an ERP (e.g. NetSuite) and WMS (e.g. NetSuite WMS)
Experience working directly with a third-party logistics (3PL) provider model
