What youll do:
We are seeking a seasoned ABAP developer with support experience to drive customer success within the SAP Fiori Launchpad and related SAP Workzone environments.
You will primarily work with ABAP-based applications and tools to manage the content configuration of SAP Fiori Launchpad.
The Role:
As a Support Engineer in our team you will specialize in analyzing managing and resolving customer and internal tickets that escalate to development support.
Utilizing your expertise in ABAP and ideally SAP Fiori Launchpad you will reproduce and analyze issues provide solutions share insights when tickets involve other components and handle escalated cases.
You will collaborate closely with team members to provide timely and high-quality solutions to our stakeholders and customers. Additionally you will serve as essential link between technical support and development teams.
What you bring:
Ideally you are:
- an ABAP developer with over five years of professional experience
- possess deep expertise in SAP Fiori Launchpad or SAP Workzone environment
- have prior experience in support roles and processes
- experience in front-end development using Browser Technologies.
You demonstrate a strong commitment to utilizing your expertise to achieve success for our customers and stakeholders. Furthermore you are enthusiastic about exploring integration scenarios that involve multiple components.
