Job Summary
JOB FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists what areas it impacts on requirements to do the job and Success Factors):
This position will be responsible for the Industrial Coatings Japan business.
The candidate will require close communication with current customers by sales-technical perspective and fulfill customers requirement.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive customer support activities through resolving problems on the customers line. Seek necessary internal support to resolve customers problems. Demonstrate strong Key Account Management competencies to sustain the business. Collaborate closely with technical team in abroad and get the right level of technical and product support to achieve planned business results.
Requires:
Ability to communicate smoothly in English especially reading and writing. Preferably working experience in paints/coatings/chemicals/oil/lubricants industry. Good reporting skills to key stakeholders. Willing to travel within Japan (3-4 days a week) and overseas if needed. Ability to work independently without waiting for instructions. Willing to overcome any difficulties and demonstrate high sense of responsibility.
