Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Halifax. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales operations building client relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to final enrollment. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with client communications scheduling and account management.

  • Prepare sales materials proposals and presentations to support business development.

  • Manage customer records and maintain accurate data within CRM systems.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and program delivery.

  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and partnership.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.

  • 13 years of experience in sales support administrative assistance or client relations.

  • Strong communication organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment.
