Work youll do

As part of the Brand & Experience Team you will be focused on shaping and driving Deloittes Employer Brand strategy across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role is responsible setting the strategic direction driving regional consistency and strengthening Deloittes position as an employer of choice while enabling local teams to bring this to life in their respective markets.

Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Employer Branding Specialist to join our Brand & Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of employer branding enabling local teams with guidance and toolkits and ensuring consistency and impact in how Deloitte is positioned as an employer of choice across SEA.

Employer Branding roles & responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an SEA-wide employer branding strategy that aligns with Deloittes global positioning and strengthens our reputation as the employer of choice in the region.
  • Collaborate and support local campus recruitment team and Talent and business leaders to ensure talent branding initiatives are consistent impactful and aligned to regional priorities.
  • Lead the development of regional campaigns and signature programmes that highlight Deloittes Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and create differentiated talent experiences.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and Campus Recruitment teams to identify relevant HR and talent-related awards for each market review submissions where required and ensure alignment with our regional brand priorities.
  • Provide guidance best practices and toolkits
  • Drive campaigns and programs to attract and retain top talent including our internship program

Other projects

  • Support key talent-related events across Singapore.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects that advance Deloittes overall Brand & Experience agenda in Singapore.

Requirements

Skills & requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in employer branding or related field ideally with regional or multi-market exposure.
  • Committed and passionate about driving talent programmes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal direction or supervision
  • Must be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools for content creation
