Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Tenant Acquisition: Identify and engage high-potential retail partners through comprehensive market research trend analysis and proactive networking.
  

• Portfolio Optimization: (For Senior/Manager levels) Lead and mentor a dedicated leasing team to execute high-impact strategies focusing on yield maximization and maintaining optimal occupancy rates across various assets.
  

• Relationship Management: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders from local SMEs to international flagship brands.
  

• Lease Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end negotiation process ensuring all lease agreements and legal documentations are finalized with precision and commercial viability.
  

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of retail shifts to recommend innovative concepts and tenant mixes that keep our clients malls competitive and vibrant.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education: A Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Business Marketing or a related discipline.
  

• Experience Levels:
