Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Operation Executive to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our organizations training operations ensuring the smooth delivery of learning and development programs for our employees.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training department including scheduling logistics and resource allocation
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and implement effective training programs
- Manage the organizations Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies
- Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within the organization
- Create and maintain training budgets monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization
- Generate reports on training effectiveness attendance and other key performance indicators
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources
- Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and methodologies to enhance overall effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in training delivery
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training operations or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning for training initiatives
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Familiarity with training best practices and industry trends
- Professional certifications in training and development (e.g. CPLP ATD certifications) preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
