Work Details
This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila with the potential to extend if required by the business.

Contract Work Scope:
Campaign Planning Execution and OptimizationPlan and execute campaigns aligned with company and brand goals.
Coordinate and collaborate with strategists for campaign execution.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and implement optimizations to ensure alignment with spend revenue and KPI targets.
Create channel roadmaps and implement account initiatives and testing.
Relate and report on digital acquisition metrics including customer acquisition cost and incremental lift.
Conduct regular account audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across analyst or agency-managed accounts.
Monitor account alignment with approved plans and coordinate with vendors and agencies for optimizations.
Assist in ad hoc invoice audits and support media spend allocations and fixed cost reviews when needed
Plan channel initiatives that support integrated marketing goals and present findings to functional leads.
Implement integrated planning initiatives apply customer insights and identify deliverable needs within assigned channels.
Coordinate with cross-functional counterparts for campaign creation planning and implementation.
Work with partners such as Localization Dev and Tech teams for initiatives like tag implementation and tool audits (e.g. SA360).
Conduct regular performance analyses in collaboration with team members reviewing reports for accuracy and completeness.
Identify reporting requirements to support performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration.
Prepare reports and ad hoc deliverables for weekly business reviews campaign wrap-ups and peak season performance updates.
Monitor competitive landscapes and market trends to inform performance pivots and strategic planning.
Finance and Budget Management
Manage account spend and apply adjustments to maintain profitability goals.
Create revenue build-ups and monitor budget pacing to ensure campaigns spend in line with KPIs.
Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and digital media mix recommendations.
Monitor and report on spend and revenue pacing to goal projections providing actionable insights and real-time recommendations to leads.
Support in-season budgeting audits as necessary.
Vendor Management
Support or lead ad hoc tool and vendor acquisition projects with the functional manager.
Represent the function in routine vendor and agency calls.
Assist in reviewing contracts for tools vendors or partners as required.
Stay updated on digital marketing and retail media trends with a testing mindset.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to support team initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in Digital Acquisition or Digital Marketing.
Must be detail-oriented organized and possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools quickly.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel comfortable with complex models and formulas.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing website strategy and related tools such as Google Ads Facebook Ads Analytics and Amazon Ads.
Experience with AI tools tracking systems and attribution platforms is an advantage.
Location: The Google Ads and Paid Media Strategist (Contractor) position is a remote contractual engagement for Balsam Brands.
Status: This is a contractual home-based job that requires a scheduled eight (8) hours of full-time dedicated work daily five days a week. Given the roles contractual nature there will be no benefits. Paid overtime may be required. If performance is up to standard the contract will be effective from October 2025 to April 2026. Note that the contract may be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business.
