We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site and Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and infrastructure management of a large-scale data center project such as ODAT. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless coordination of site activities facility readiness and compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site-related activities including facility operations maintenance and contractor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across all phases of the project.
- Oversee infrastructure readiness including mechanical electrical and civil systems ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain operational continuity.
- Monitor and report on site progress risks and mitigation plans.
- Support commissioning and handover processes ensuring all systems are fully functional and documented.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in site or facilities management within industrial or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC electrical mechanical) and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency required.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in hyperscale or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
