Synergie is seeking an Assembly Worker for our clientwho is a dynamic leader in the trades and manufacturing industry specialisingin the manufacturing ofindoor and outdoor blinds located in Dry Creek.

We are looking for enthusiastic Assembly/Production Workers to join our team on an ongoing basis with a view for permanency. This role offers hands-on experience in the production sector and a chance to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. If you are ready to bring your keen attention to detail and strong work ethic to our team this is the opportunity for you!

Pay Rate -$31.19 (including casual loading) penalties

Duties & key responsibilities:

• Workwith a team to assemble indoor and outdoor blinds and components.
• Use hand & power tools.
• Manuallylift& load materials.
• Contribute to manufacturing processes while adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure impeccable product quality.
• Maintain a pristine and organisedworkspace fostering a safe and productive environment.
• Collaborate seamlessly and follow instructions from team members to meet daily production targets.
• Uphold health and safety protocols promoting a culture of awareness within the plant.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in industrial manufacturing (advantageous).
• A hands-on work ethic meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Commitment to cleanliness and workplace hygiene.
• Reliability and unwavering dedication to their role within our tight-knit team.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
