Among its other holdings Priory Hospitality Group owns and operates the Priory Hotel and Grand Hall at the Priory on Pittsburghs North Shore and Mansions on Fifth. The Priory Hospitality Group is Pittsburghs premier owner operator and developer of independent hotels and event spaces

The Priory Hotel is a boutique 42-room hotel in Downtown Pittsburgh on the citys North shore.

Pittsburghs Grand Hall at the Priory is Western Pennsylvanias most historic event venue.

Mansions On Fifth Hotel is a boutique luxury hotel in Pittsburghs East End. Located in Shadyside just minutes from the University of Pittsburgh and Oakland.

The Priory Hotel breakfast attendant will be responsible for the daily set up and tear down of the complimentary continental buffet provided for hotel guests. They will also be responsible for answering any guest questions as well as the general cleanliness of the dining and kitchen areas.

In addition to these general duties listed below Breakfast staff must also help guests with any needs they may have and always meet guests with a smile and polite greeting. Breakfast staff should also be aware of daily hotel events and functions outside of their immediate department so as to be able to answer any questions a guest may have.

Specific responsibilities:

Set up and tear down of breakfast boxes

Daily food preparation for the following day

Keeping the kitchen and dining areas clean mopping floors cleaning floor mats vacuuming wiping down tables replacing table cloths

Cleaning polishing and rolling silverware cleaning glasses and any other items used during shift.

Keeping inventory of breakfast items and noting when items are running low or must be re-stocked.

Completion of any other tasks assigned by manager or owners
