Job Summary
Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation staff. Ensure adherence with company policies and procedures and safety and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation employees.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain written record of shift activities and assist in scheduling coaching and training stewarding staff in all property outlets.
- Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify work standards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor equipment and generates repair orders.
- Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.
Qualifications :
- Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.
- Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
- Must be able to lift carry and maneuver up to 40 pounds.
- Must be knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
