Job Summary
A progressive and unique resources firm has openings for Senior Associates and Associate Managers for direct hire and project work in several US cities. Responsibilities can include the following: SEC Reporting M&A transactions Finance ERP implementation SOX and internal audit. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of public accounting experience and 2 years of private industry experience. ERP and IFRS experience are huge pluses. Must have some SEC experience.
