Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of financial and operational leasing to join our team. As an SME you will play a key role in bridging business expertise with technology ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of leasing companies and align with industry best practices. You will provide strategic insights process analysis and functional guidance throughout software implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert business consulting and domain knowledge in financial and operational leasing to support software implementation and development projects.
Participate actively in defining business requirements and translating them into clear detailed functional specifications.
Analyze and document existing business processes identify gaps and propose optimized efficient and automated solutions supported by impact assessments and ROI calculations.
Deliver business consultancy to clients by understanding their real needs proposing appropriate solutions and validating the business value of each functionality.
Review and validate functional specifications ensuring logical consistency structural accuracy and functional integration across modules and processes.
Collaborate with product managers business analysts and technical teams to ensure system functionalities align with client requirements and industry standards.
Support solution design configuration and functional testing activities including defining and validating business test scenarios and testing approaches from an end-user perspective.
Evaluate the added value and business impact of functionalities on operational and financial performance.
Contribute to strategic and innovation projects supporting the development of advanced software solutions tailored for the Leasing and Banking industries.
Prepare documentation training materials and deliver workshops or presentations for internal teams and clients.
Identify and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement of processes and products ensuring alignment with current industry trends regulations and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Minimum 8years of professional experience in financial and operational leasing; experience in the banking sector is considered an advantage with exposure to both operational and strategic areas.
Preferably holds relevant professional certifications (finance project management IT systems) and has participated in industry events conferences professional groups or innovation initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of Leasing financial and operational processes contracting execution revaluation accounting reporting and integration with other systems (ERP CRM BI).
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes with the ability to perform detailed analysis correlation and optimization.
Creative and solution-oriented mindset capable of proposing process improvements and automation within leasing operations.
Deep understanding of technology and digital transformation in the leasing domain and the tangible benefits it brings to process efficiency and transparency.
